Police at Holetown Station are investigating a shooting which has left one man injured and caused damage to a vehicle and a house.
According to a statement by Police Communications and Public Affairs Officer, Inspector Ryan Brathwaite, investigations reveal that a series of gunshots were discharged in the area of The Garden, St. James, around 9:04 p.m. on July 27th.
The injured man was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a private motorcar.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have information or who may have witnessed the incident to contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-8477, Police Emergency at 211, or the Holetown Police Station at 419-1700 or 419-1707.
Investigations are continuing.
