The tourism sector is on a thrust to refresh the island’s tourism product.
Cabinet has officially effected a Tourism Linkages Policy to deepen the procurement of goods and services from local sectors, to further contribute to the buying practices and other activities within that sector.
Governments have been in discussion on this policy over a number of years, and following a number of stakeholder consultations, the policy has finally borne fruit.
