Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Dale Marshall says the amalgamation of the Rural Development and the Urban Development Commissions is a new beginning for housing development on the island.
Speaking on Rural and Urban Development Commission Bill, 2025 which was passed in Parliament, he says uniting the two state agencies is an opportunity to deliver improved services to Barbadians.
