The regional standards community gathered to honour a man many describe as the backbone of quality in the Caribbean.
The Barbados National Standards Institution (BNSI), along with CARICOM Regional Organisation for Standards and Quality (CROSQ), celebrated World Quality Day with a special ceremony dedicated to its first director, Dudley Rhynd.
