42-year-old Jonathan Reid, former Chief of Staff in the Prime Minister’s Office says he is willing and ready to take on his new roles as a Senator and Minister.
He says one of his first orders of business is to engage in discussions with President of the Senate the Most Honourable Reginald Farley and Leader of Government Business Lisa Cummins, regarding the state of affairs in the Upper House.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley says she is confident Minister Reid is capable of helping to transform the country from an analog to a digital environment.
