Reports of pungent gas-like odour in Christ Church

The National Petroleum Corporation, NPC, and the Barbados Fire Service are currently investigating reports of a pungent gas-like odour being reported in an area stretching from Oistins to Rendezvous, Christ Church.

Any member of the public who has detected the odour in their area and may have some idea of the possible source is asked to contact the NPC at 434 4000 or the Barbados Fire Service at 311.
