US Secretary of State Marco Rubio concluded his trip to the Caribbean and CARICOM states with a visit to Suriname.
There he stated the foreign policy of the United States is in need of revision as it has largely ignored opportunities with its partners.
Meanwhile President of Suriname, Chandrikapersad Santokhi says his country has a long standing partnership with the US.
He says during their meeting, the two sides discussed opportunities for strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation.
