Minister of Educational Transformation, Senator Chad Blackman, who will be contesting the St. James North seat on the Barbados Labour Party (BLP) ticket in the upcoming by-election, says he will be ramping up his campaign in the coming days.
Senator Blackman says while on the campaign trail, leading up to the May 21 by-election, he will be telling constituents about the plans he has for the constituency.
He was speaking at the BLP’s annual Heroes Day Picnic at Barclays Park.
