Barbadian-born international artist, Sheena Rose, is telling Barbadians who want to accomplish success that it is okay to be scared.
Rose, known for her multi-disciplinary work, including painting, performance art, and public art, says that being scared, especially when working on projects, is a good thing, as it indicates that an individual is growing out of their comfort zone.
She made this point while giving advice to those who attended the Network and Chill forum.
The Fulbright scholar, whose work has been featured in publications including The New York Times and Vogue, says it is also normal for people who have achieved success to feel isolated at times.
