The reopening of the Six Roads Branch Library in St Philip is being described as a renewal of commitment to reading and learning.
That is according to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office with responsibility for Pan-African Affairs and Heritage, Trevor Prescod.
He says it is about returning a space to the St Philip community that means much more to them.
