Chief of Staff of the Barbados Defence Force (BDF), Brigadier Carlos Lovell, heaped praises on his troops for their pivotal role in the recovery of the fishing vessels devastated by Hurricane Beryl last year.
He was speaking at the 46th Anniversary Parade of the BDF, where he stated that the BDF remains steadfast in protecting and helping the people of Barbados.
