The Sanitation Service Authority has raised concern over the practice by some householders of not using the recently issued garbage bins.
Public Relations Officer, Carl Padmore says some have resorted to simply placing the garbage on the ground for the SSA to remove.
He wants such individuals to desist from the practice.
