Residents of St. Andrew held their own Independence Day activities today.
Hundreds of them gathered on the Ermy Bourne Highway for the annual carnival activities.
The event, after a break during COVID, is now in its third consecutive year and organisers expect it to grow even bigger.
One of the founders, Selina King says it’s the largest community carnival in Barbados.
