As the month of February closes, St. Thomas is taking over from St. Peter and is ready to host its activities for We Gatherin’ 2025.
Director of the We Gatherin’ Secretariat, Senator John King says it was a fantastic month for St. Peter.
That parish will hand over to St. Thomas tonight during a grand football match at the Mahaica Playing Field.
He’s excited as to what’s coming and paid kudos to all of the parish organising committees, noting We Gatherin’ has been well received.
Senator King was a guest on CBC TV8’s Mornin’ Barbados.
Public Relations Officer with the St. Thomas Parish Organising Committee, Carl Applewhaite says on March 1 there will be a fish fry at the Holy Innocents Church.
Meanwhile, a multi-faith ceremony will herald the official start of St. Thomas’ activities for We Gatherin’.
