Barbados has recorded another homicide.
The Barbados Police Service says that their operations control received a report of a male lying motionless in the carpark of the Abundant Life Assembly in Bank Hall St. Michael around 12:04 a.m. today, Saturday, May 31, 2025.
Officers from District A Station responded to the area and saw the body of the male with what appeared to be several stab wounds.
Assistance was sought from the Barbados Ambulance Service, their personnel arrived, examined the body and said that there were no signs of life. A medical doctor subsequently visited the scene and pronounced death.
Police added that the “deceased has not been positively identified as yet”.

Officers from District A Station responded to the area and saw the body of the male with what appeared to be several stab wounds. Assistance was sought from the Barbados Ambulance Service, their personnel arrived, examined the body and said that there were no signs of life. A medical doctor subsequently visited the scene and pronounced death.The deceased has not been positively identified as yet. Investigations are continuing into the matter.
