Barbados’ Commissioner of Police Richard Boyce says the only way a gun amnesty will work, is if the heavy fire power currently on the streets is what is turned in.
Speaking to CBC NewsNight from Nassau, Bahamas where he is attending the 36th Annual Conference of Caribbean Commissioners of Police, he said the history of amnesties in the country has not yielded the desired results.
