Senior Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Dr. William Duguid, is making it clear the Tourism Levy is not a new tax.
This, as he charged Leader of the Opposition, Ralph Thorne, of accusing Government of introducing a new tax on Barbadians through amending the levy.
Dr. Duguid was contributing to the debate in the House of Assembly on the Tourism Levy (Amendment) Bill, 2025.
