Barbados is not the only country mandating visitors pay a tourism levy.
That’s according to Minister of Tourism and International Transport, Ian Gooding-Edghill, who is making it clear destinations across the region, like other parts of the world, have levies.
Gooding-Edghill addressed the matter while contributing to the Tourism Levy (Amendment) Bill, 2025.
