Current Principal of the University of West Indies Cave Hill Campus Professor Clive Landis has paid tribute to the late Professor Pedro Welch.
Professor Landis, who worked with Professor Welch while he was Deputy Principal of the Campus, says he was a giant of a man in terms of his humanity and really cared for the wellbeing of not only his students, but every student that walked through the Campus’ gates.
Professor Landis also spoke to Professor Welch’s contribution to the history of Barbados.
