The Barbados Association of Retailers, Vendors and Entrepreneurs (BARVEN) says its members did not reap the sort of rewards expected from the staging of this year’s Grand Kadooment.
President Alistair Alexander made the remark in relation to the chosen new route for Grand Kadooment and the experience for vendors.
