Opposition spokesperson for healthcare, Senator Andre Worrell, is accusing the Government of not paying pharmaceutical suppliers promptly.
Senator Worrell says this is resulting in Barbadians being unable to access certain types of drugs, and some suppliers withdrawing their services.
He raised concerns about the matter during a Democratic Labour Party meeting at Mount Standfast, St James, last night.
