Friends of Democracy is proposing to place nurses in schools across Barbados.
The plan was outlined by Christ Church East-Central candidate Dominique Yorke.
She said school nurses would care for sick children and promote overall health and wellness.
Yorke spoke about the initiative while addressing supporters at a spot meeting in Belair, St. Philip.
