Younger nurses are being encouraged to join the Barbados Nurses Association.
The call from President of the BNA Dr. Fay Parris comes as Barbados marks Nurses Week – an annual celebration that runs from May 6 to 12.
First Vice President, Margueriete Bourne-Clarke has highlighted the strides made by the association since its inception.
She says it’s been able to achieve several results through lobbying.
