A Democratic Labour Party candidate is reminding those who smoke marijuana that the substance remains illegal.
St Joseph hopeful Randall Rouse says there are some young men who believe that if they have a small amount of marijuana, they cannot be arrested.
However, speaking during a national meeting in The Glebe, St George, last night, he reminded them that they can still be charged.
