Friends of Democracy is raising concerns over Barbados’ debt ahead of Wednesday’s general election.
Party leader Karina Goodridge accused the Barbados Labour Party administration of placing the country in a risky financial position through continued borrowing.
Speaking at a meeting in St Philip South, Ms Goodridge said Barbados has exceeded its debt threshold and must look beyond tourism to generate revenue.
