Several innovations have been suggested to improve the performance of the hotel sector in Barbados.
They include moving away from printed menus.
Chairman of the Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association Jovan Griffith proposed the changes in his address at the annual general meeting of the Intimate Hotels of Barbados at the Island Inn Hotel.
