Defending champions Deacons Men and UWI Blackbirds Women ended the first round of the Barbados Volleyball Association’s Division One League with victories.
Deacons dismissed Starz Volleyball Club, while the Blackbirds got pass Burger King Clapham Toners as four matches were contested at the Wildey Gym.
