PARIS, CMC – St Lucia’s golden girl Julien Alfred added a second Olympic medal when she claimed silver in the women’s 200 metres at the Paris Olympics on Tuesday.
The newly crowned 100 metre champion clocked 22.08 seconds to finish behind American favourite Gabrielle Thomas, who won the gold medal in 21.83 seconds.
Brittany Brown of the USA took home the bronze in 22.20 seconds.
