A Barbados over-50s cricket team – ‘AMASS Sporting Services’ – have won their opening game of the St. Vincent Masters T20 festival.
Playing this morning at Stubbs playing field, AMASS sent Trinbago Leatherbacks into bat and restricted them to 58 for 5.
AMASS replied with 59 without loss off 3.5 overs to win by 10 wickets.
Michael Agard led the way with 20 from 10 deliveries that included 2-fours and a six.
Tomorrow, AMASS take on Canadian Legends 50 plus at Cumberland.
