The National Sports Council and the Barbados Football Association are collaborating to host a benefit match in honour of the late Kenville ‘Kab’ Layne – former Barbados National Team and Paradise FC Head Coach.
The match is set for tomorrow at the Wildey Turf, kicking off at 7:00 p.m.
Layne, who passed away in July after a brief illness, also served as a coach with the National Sports Council for 25 years.
The Council’s Marketing and Communications Officer Roberta Dowell-Morris says the match serves to honour his legacy as well as lend support to his family.
