Barbados will be hoping to add to their medal tally of three in the morning session of day two of the 52nd edition of the Carifta Games in Trinidad and Tobago.

Barbadian Teon Haynes is sure of a medal in the Under-20 Boys Long Jump. However, the official result to determine whether it is gold or bronze is pending following a protest lodged by team Barbados.
His first jump was 7.35 metres, he fouled on his second and third attempts before registering 7.24 on the fourth attempt. Haynes jumped under protest and produced 7.56 metres.
Here, he explained what occurred during the fifth and sixth attempts and told reporters what it would mean to be awarded the gold.
UPDATE: Teon Haynes of Barbados was awarded the bronze medal in the Under-20 Boys Long Jump, with a best leap of 7.35 metres on his first attempt.
