It was celebration time in Waterford this morning, as the Combermere School toasted their champion boys’ team and the girls who finished second in the recently concluded Powrade/Dasani BSSAC Championships.
Students, teachers, and old scholars came together to the sounds of steelpan and cheers from their cheerleading team to celebrate the victory.
The athletes were also given tokens of appreciation for their performances.
Coach Jarad Murray said the victory was a result of the hard work they put in and forms part of the winning Combermere culture.
