A hat-trick by Rovaldo Massiah led St. Leonard’s Boys to the Barbados Secondary Schools Football League Under-19 Knock-out title.
Playing at the BFA Turf, St. Leonard’s came from behind to overrun St. George Secondary 4-1 in the final.
Shamari Greenidge-Lewis had put St. George ahead with a first-half strike in the 25th minute.
The Richmond Gap boys replied with four unanswered strikes in the second half.
Massiah’s hat-trick came from goals in the 45th, 84th, and 89th minutes, while Eragon Bridgeman-Seale added the other in the 88th.
Meanwhile, the Under-16s were sharing the spotlight, as they were playing in their league finale.
Obataiye Sealy scored a hat-trick as Combermere also came from behind to turn back The Lodge School in that final.
