Deacons have joined the already relegated Abrams United Silver Sands as the teams demoted from the BFA Premier League tournament.
Last night at the Wildey Turf, Deacons needed a win against Wotton FC to escape the drop, but had to settle for a 1-all draw.
They finished 9th in the table on 17 points, with Wotton ending 8th on 18 points.
Meanwhile, Silver Sands had the chance to upset Pride of Gall Hill, but failed.

On Sunday, the league will come to an end with the fight for the runner-up position.
2nd-placed Brittons Hill will play 3rd-placed Ellerton at 4 p.m., while Paradise are up against UWI Blackbirds at 6 p.m.
The nightcap game will see 2025 champions Weymouth Wales versus Kick-Start Rush at 8 p.m.
