Reigning 200-Metres world champion Shericka Jackson of Jamaica, has pulled out of that event at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Jackson was one of the favourites to win the race, withdrew moments before the heats started.
This happened less than 24 hours after Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce unexpectedly withdrew from the 100-Metres before a semifinal.
