Jeremiah Louis has been replaced in the West Indies test squad by Akeem Jordan.
Louis sustained a hamstring injury during the second test against England at Trent Bridge and has been ruled out of the rest of the series.
Jordan, who was in the UK, has joined up with the squad, while Louis is staying on for further treatment.
The visitors are currently two-nil down in the series, with the third and final test starting on Friday.
