Only two athletes were in action today for Team Barbados at the Junior Pan American Games in Paraguay.
This morning, Heidi Stoute finished fourth in the women’s 100-meter freestyle heat with a time of 57.90 seconds, securing her spot in the “A” final.
In the final, Stoute, swimming in lane eight at the bottom of your screen, finished eighth with a time of 57.56 seconds.
The event was won by Stephanie Balduccini of Brazil in 54.91 seconds.
Meanwhile, Joshua Ross placed sixth in heat two of the men’s 200-meter breaststroke with a time of 2:25.19, qualifying for the “B” final.
However, he was a non-starter in the final.
