Brian “De Action Man” Talma wants Government to join forces with him to promote and execute his Organic Tourism Master Plan.
The main component of the plan is the Beach Culture World Tour, which travels across the world, showcasing beach culture through a blend of competition and promotional activities, including beach art, music, and other forms of entertainment.
Talma says the Organic Tourism Master Plan will do wonders in the Silver Sands, Christ Church area, which has been the base for kite surfing, wind surfing, and stand-up paddling.
