UWI Blackbirds are the 2025 BCA T20 Cup champions.
Playing on Saturday at Kensington Oval in a match reduced to 16 overs per side due to rain, Anthony Dackers’ five-wicket haul set the stage for their comfortable eight-wicket victory via the D/L method over Windward.
Dackers finished with five for 22 and Recarlo Boyce 3-20, as Windward sent into bat were held to 107 all out in 15 overs.
Amari Goodridge top-scored with 27.
In reply, UWI cruised to victory and secured their seventh title, finishing on 109-2 in 11.1 overs
Kyle Jordan polished off the win with three fours and three sixes in his 54 off 33 balls.
