The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus has announced the return of a dedicated relay meet for track and field in Barbados.
With more than 20 clubs, schools and groups combined already registered, the event, dubbed the UWI Relay Fest, comes off tomorrow at the Usain Bolt Sports Complex from 4:00 p.m.
Speaking during a media conference, Event Coordinator Aundre Wharton explained the format.
Head of the Academy of Sport at the University of the West Indies Dr. Rudolph Alleyne says the plan is to elevate the event as the premier relay meet in the Caribbean.
