Barbadian Sada Williams finished 4th in the Women’s 400 metres this afternoon at the 2023 opener of the Wanda Diamond League in Doha.
Running in lane four, Williams, the World Championship Bronze Medalist and Commonwealth Games Gold medalist stopped the clock in 52.05 seconds with World Champion and two time Olympic Games Silver medalist Marileidy Paulino of the Dominican Republic winning the event in 50.51 seconds.
Williams’ personal best is 49.75 seconds.
The Diamond League season continues on May 28 in Rabat, Morocco.
