Barbados has recorded another COVID-19 death today, Saturday, September 25th.
This brings the number of deaths from the viral illness to 65.
The deceased is an 84 year old Barbadian female, who was in tertiary isolation for five days at the Blackman and Gollop School and passed away in the very early hours of this morning. She had comorbidities and was unvaccinated.
Minister of Health and Wellness, Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic, has extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
