Police are actively investigating the unnatural death of 30 year old Jeff Anderson Mullin of Church View, St. John.
They say they received a report from medical personnel at the QEH around 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday, August 10th, 2021, that a patient at the Accident & Emergency Department was presenting with some gravely ill symptoms.
The medical personnel requested that Police be informed of the circumstances for which the patient was seeking medical attention.
Police responded and interviewed the patient.
He subsequently passed away around 4:40 this morning, Wednesday, August 11th, while undergoing treatment.
