Investment for resilience.

That was the message from Governor of the Central Bank of Barbados, Dr. Kevin Greenidge as he and other panellists discussed the topic on the Caribbean Economic Forum, ‘How to Achieve Inclusive Sustainable Economic Growth for Barbados Over the Medium to Long Term’.

The top banking official told the forum, Barbados will always be vulnerable to economic shocks whether they are internal, in terms of prices or external due to weather or other hazards.

The Central Bank Governor also called for diversification within the economy in tandem with investment and gave details.
