The High Court has ruled the Senate is in fact properly convened.
Reacting to the judgement Attorney General Dale Marshall says the ruling in favour of the Government is an important decision that clears the air for Senate to meet and do the people’s business.
He says it was a time sensitive issue, and a lot was at stake.
