Police have identified the man who died after being shot on Tuesday evening.
He is 29-year-old Kemar Murray, of Fernihurst, Black Rock, St Michael.
Police said that they received a report of gunshots in the area of Morris Gap, Westbury Road, St. Michael yesterday, Tuesday 7 June 2022, around 8:20 pm.
On arrival they discovered the lifeless body of the Murray lying in a track in front of a residence. They added that his body appeared to have injuries to the head. Ambulance personnel were summoned and found no signs of life and a medical doctor pronounced his death at the scene.
