There have been major changes to the COVID-19 protocols during the Crop Over season.
From tomorrow, Barbadians will not be required to be tested for COVID-19 or show evidence of vaccination, to attend Crop Over events.
This change to the protocols also extends to community, social and sporting events.
The announcement comes from Health Minister Ian Gooding-Edghill, who says the indicators used to measure the spread of the virus continue to trend downwards.
He says the decision was made following a review of the current directive after a meeting of the Emergency Operations Committee last Monday.
