Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley says July 26th must be seen as more than the Day of National Significance but also as a moment of conscience.
She says Barbados has made strides over the decades but there are still some areas that need to be addressed.
The Prime Minister made the point last evening during her address at the Courts ICBL Folk Concert and Day of National Significance Commemorative Ceremony in Golden Square.
