Multi award winner, Chef Adrian Cumberbatch has been working with young Barbadians, allowing the potential future chefs to indulge in their passion for food preparation.
For the participants in his Cook Caribbean Incorporated Summer Cooking Camp, it was an ideal way of spending five weeks of their now winding down summer holiday.
The youngsters were celebrated as their efforts were recognized during a summer graduation ceremony at the White Rabbit Restaurant and Bar.
Chef Adrian says the last two years, given the impact of COVID-19, was a challenge but the programme was a learning one.
Participants were not solely taught about cooking but their awareness was heightened about key sectors and industries through wholesome activities.
