Lawmen have made a major drug haul at Rock Hall, St. Andrew, where at least four fields of marijuana trees of varying heights, were discovered in cultivation.
Nearly 3000 plants in all were seized by a 15-member team from the Barbados Police Service.
Station Sergeant Noel Watson heads up the Suppressing Criminal Activity Threatening Society or SCATS Unit, which is based at the District A Police Station.
The Station Sergeant says they also executed a similar raid at another field shortly after the first operation.
He says while no one has so far been charged in connection with either discovery, they are actively pursuing at least one person of interest.
